Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) 是一種由免疫系統細胞，成纖維細胞和內皮細胞分泌的糖蛋白，是造血和內皮前體細胞的細胞因子。G-CSF 刺激骨髓中成熟的祖細胞分化為粒細胞，巨噬細胞和 T 細胞。G-CSF 還能夠通過增加 PI3K/Akt 通路的磷酸化為中樞神經元提供神經保護，并調節癌癥中的上皮到間質轉化。
