Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) 是一種由免疫系統(tǒng)細(xì)胞，成纖維細(xì)胞和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞分泌的糖蛋白，是造血和內(nèi)皮前體細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞因子。G-CSF 刺激骨髓中成熟的祖細(xì)胞分化為粒細(xì)胞，巨噬細(xì)胞和 T 細(xì)胞。G-CSF 還能夠通過增加 PI3K/Akt 通路的磷酸化為中樞神經(jīng)元提供神經(jīng)保護(hù)，并調(diào)節(jié)癌癥中的上皮到間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化。
